The 2026 Road to the Kentucky Derby is officially underway — and I just published the guide I’ll be living in (and updating) for the next six months.

We ran a hard-fought second recently, but entries have been brutal, so the horses got a little extra R&R. Fair Grounds 2025–2026 is finally open and we have one entered November 28th — fingers crossed for a good trip and a few more spots after that.

I’ll keep you posted every step.
